UK (except Northern Ireland)

Posting within the UK is free.

Orders will be sent using Royal Mail ‘First Class’, ‘Signed For’ or next day ‘Special Delivery’ depending on the value of the items. If you wish to upgrade your service then please get in touch, there may be a cost incurred.

Unfortunately, due to new laws it is not possible to deliver to Northern Ireland.

Exchanges and Returns.

If you would like to exchange a piece of Catriona Stevenson Jewellery, contact me within 14 days of delivery and post it back to me within 28 days of delivery.

I am unable to exchange or refund the following items unless they are damaged or defective:

• Custom made items

• Earrings

• Items on sale

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition and packaging, the buyer is responsible for any loss of value.
